Q: Where do you ship?

A: Currently we only ship within United States

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: All in stock orders will be process with 2 business days, Pre-order and custom orders may take 2 to 3 weeks.

ABOUT UNBLANC ISABELLE

Q: What kind of leather are you using?

A: We use best CALF, GOAT leather you can get your hands on! We are not legally allow to say this but we use the same kind of leather as a brand that rhyme with Bermès

Q: Are Isabelle water proof?

A: Isabelle is made with 100% leather, and like all other leather shoes we strongly do not suggest

wearing when it is raining or taking it for a swim.

Q: Why are my Isabelle a little different from the pictures?

A: All Isabelle are 100% handmade! We do not use any automated machinery or assembly line.

Therefore no two Isabelle will ever truly be the same!  

Q: Why are some color restocking and some are not?

A: The leather we use are very limited! We can not control the amount of leather we can get. 

So get them while there are available!

Q: Why is it called ISABELLE?

A: The model is named after Isabelle the founder of UNBLANC.
